Our services include a full range of support, from customized programming to installation and training.
Currently seeking Outside Sales Professionals to market Xtraware Internet Solutions and Services to companies that have 500-50,000 employees. Xtraware implements a top down sales strategy; calling on CEO's, COO's and IT Directors.
Associates implement extensive prospecting campaigns, marketing plans, and achieve quota attainment. Xtraware offers a competitive package featuring uncapped commissions and stock options.
Qualifications Required
Qualified candidates are degreed, money-motivated, aggressive, career-oriented, and average 2-5 years DOCUMENTED sales achievement in a fast-paced quota-driven sales environment. Preferred strategic (non-commodity) sales experience in technology, business products, services, or Internet Solutions is REQUIRED. Previous Major Account experience is IMPERATIVE. We are seeking a high level software sales representative to prospect, manage and sell Xtraware's Collaboration Solutions and Services to Federal, State and Local Government.. Individual should have an understanding of the Federal Government, its buying patterns and budget process. Chosen individual will have a strong background and past experience focus preferably in the Internet Productivity and/or Business Intelligence product market. This position reports directly to Xtraware’s Vice President, Sales. The Federal Software Sales person will be responsible for selling Xtraware's suite of products and services. You will implement sales/marketing tactics and programs in order to meet or exceed assigned quotas and objectives. You will identify and qualify prospective Federal civilian accounts and penetrate major significant target prospects. Must act as a liaison between Xtraware and customers and develop a team selling approach with Xtraware Pre-sales technical personnel and Xtraware’s Professional Services team. You will manage prospect and customer accounts to achieve expedient purchase decisions and assist customers with problem resolutions.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Minimum four year college degree and Direct software sales experience within a Federal sales environment, including sales to IT and Program Staff, Knowledge of Federal Budgeting Process Proven sales experience with selling software products and services through GSA schedule contract vehicle, or through grant writing vehicle. Intensely goal-oriented work ethic Well developed presentation and professional sales skills. Clear understanding and application of a strategic sales cycle Knowledge of Federal acquisition and Procurement methods. Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
